Description of issue
I am playing a local game with a friend.
When we had a test game against each other in peseason, we could switch between the teams no problem so everyone could change the tactics and influence the players via the shouts.
We are now playing in the league and EFL cup against each other and we can't switch managers during the match anymore.
When clicking on the tiny 1 on top we see our both managers listed on a separate page and only one manager is listed "playing", the other is listed as "waiting". See attached screenshot.
