    Description of issue

    In my opinion, Casper Terho deserves a higher potential in FM 24. He seems to be highly rated at USG and performs well each time he plays. I would say he is better here and now than Sorinola (which is not the case in FM) and should have more potential than for example Fedde Leysen.

    I've put in a few tweaks, but bear in mind that Terho is younger and has a higher potential.

    Also, we do not amend based "on the moment". Has played 9 matches in JPL, of which only 5 as a starter.
