Foreigners in the Serbian Mozzart Super League

This has already been reported in the correct section:

 

Issue was reported FIRST day of beta, and still no fix? league is unplayble in this state, simply teams have too many foregin players and can play only four.

Is this fixed or?

On page 2 Zachary Whyte said it was fixed in early December.
