Description of issue

Farmin Imitov 93138094, he is really not looks like Chinese but maybe from Mid-Asia , if you dont have certain proof i suggest remove his chinese nation , thanks .

China is a multi-ethnic country, not all of its citizens are Han-Chinese. Farmin is Uyghur and thus Chinese since Xinjang is not its own country. We will not remove his Chinese nationality.
