The same error from last year remains.
There is a switch up on the arena designs for Friends Arena and Tele2 arena in Stockholm. The capacity is correct on both arenas, but in the game, Tele2 Arena has 3 tiers/levels and Friends arena has 2 tiers/levels. In reality it is the other way around. Friends arena has 3 tiers and Tele2 arena has 2 tiers.
