Description of issue

Hi,

Issue: Turkish Super Cup date is set to the weekend before first game of league (weekend of 5/6 August 2023).

Correct Data: The 2023 edition of the Turkish Super Cup will be played on 30th of December, 2023 in Riyadh. This should be set as such in game.
