Immersive Deadline Day isn't working in US DB

Hello, we created a new editor file to test it and this works for us.

We noticed you had not ticked all the boxes everywhere. Both of these have to be ticked:

Also, to follow up - I had a division between levels 0-4 and 5-9 in my database - the immersive deadline should work for levels 0-4, but not 5-9. Does it need to be activated for all divisions in the nation on a day?

Only for rules applying to level 0-4.

And yes, this is under the advanced rules, transfer menu and then transfer windows.
