Description of issue

Hello,

I manage a small club in Greece with negative budget and finance issues which just promoted to first league.

I tried to increase my budget by adding a second manager to manchester city and bought two players from my club by 15 and 20 millions each.

Even though the transfers went through and the board agreed to give me 15 millions budget at the current window transfer market, the budget didnt update at all!

Can you please help me wth that?
