Description of issue
I finished the season with a transfer budget of around 2,150 million euros.
At the start of the new season, the same balance for transfers appears in red and with a negative balance.
Something similar happened to me before, but with sales and purchases I lowered the balance for the transfer budget from 2,000 million and the balance became positive again.
I think it is when we go beyond the figure of 2,000 million.
