My friend and I were playing a club and a national team. For the European Championships we were supposed to announce a thirty player squad, but rather than in FM23, we didn't have the chance to do it. The game kinda skipped it and announced some random players. The second nomination of 26 players, where we had to cut 4 players from the list, we were able to do it. It sucked anyways, because in the first nomination there were players that we didn't want to take.
Furthermore we have a bug, were if we have a match and it's about to start it says "calculating" in the upper right corner and we cannot get into the matchday. If that happens we cannot save or load a game. It just stucks there and we either have to go back to the main menu or we have to skip the day (vacation).
