Description of issue

The germany national team does not have any coaches at all and does not hire any either in my save and therefore no german player is beeing called up for international duties

This is intended design because of licencing issue. Same with JP national team and various clubs/players name.

As mentioned above, licencing reasons is the reason, it is not a bug.
