Entering manager avatar head section after creation results in graphical corruption.

Have you had this occur more than once, or was it a one time thing?

If you can get it reproducing consistently, could you provide a short video, please? We've struggled to recreate it so far.

Looks like it was a one off, I can't get it to happen again, but I'm using a different driver and Windows version now too.
