Description of issue
Just like on FM22 and FM23, I'm seeing several cases where players are heading the ball in unnecessary situations - particularly when they could chest the ball, let it go out of play, or wait to control it with their feet. I'm also seeing situations where players are being forced into wasteful headers by their team-mates playing needlessly risky high balls.
Bradford City v Millwall
37:10 - Nisbet (Millwall) intercepts Lewis' goal kick with a header straight back to the Bradford defence.
43:00 - After a long ball from Millwall midfielder Mitchell, the Bradford defenders Oyegoke and Stubbs play a dangerous one-two of headers across their penalty area.
Middlesbrough v Millwall
15:20 - Middlesbrough winger Jones heads the ball into the Millwall area. Hutchinson then heads the ball across to his fellow Millwall defender Bryan, who then pointlessly nods the ball back to Jones, who dribbles past him and scores.
Millwall v Bristol City
22:45 - Tanner throws the ball about 20 yards to his Bristol City team-mate Wells, who immediately heads it back to him.
Millwall v Stoke
65:55 - After Wesley Moraes clears the ball out of Stoke's area, Millwall forward Emakhu (with nobody else near him) weakly heads it into the path of Stoke wing-back Hoever, setting up the chance for a counter-attack.
Millwall v Barnsley
6:00 - After Millwall's goalkeeper Bialkowski punches the ball out of his area, Barnsley's Kane tries to head the ball on to his team-mate Watters from about 30 yards out.
Birmingham v Millwall
40:00 - A strike from Burke ricochets off the Millwall bar and then off Stansfield's back. Millwall right-back Norton-Cuffy heads the ball out wide when he could probably clear it with his feet.
Leeds v Millwall
0:05 - Saville plays a long aerial ball out right to his Millwall team-mate. It is too high and heading out of play, but Leeds' Struijk heads it out of play anyway, giving the throw to Millwall instead of Leeds.
23:50 - Struijk's header is going wide of the Millwall goal, but Saville decides to head it behind anyway, meaning Leeds get a corner instead of Millwall getting a goal kick.
Watford v Milwall
58:55 - Millwall defender Cooper plays a long ball up to Watmore, who cheaply heads it straight back to the Watford defence.
