This isn't really any major bug but something weird I've noticed that I've not seen in FM before, I'm just flagging in case it is indicative of some other problem with AI managers.
In the league I'm playing in, Scottish League 1, around 40% of the league set their substitute goalkeeper to sub number 2 rather than sub number 1. I don't see this problem in neighbouring leagues.
