Asking to send players on a language course not used in the country?

So I started a new save, this time I have a bunch of spanish speaking players at my club (still playing in Malta) and this time it is asking me to send players to learn both Maltese and Spanish.  I guess this is some sort of new feature that nobody knows about?

nothing to do with your actual post but i wonder how you get to select a maltese team in fm24? i cant find malta as a country to select to begin with.

Its a custom database, Hadrian is making it for secondyellowcard, it should be released later this week. https://discord.gg/HEVuRnJ
