Description of issue
Took over as Dulwich Hamlet boss at the start of 2nd season after they'd been promoted to the Vanarama National South. 3 weeks in to my tenure I have 8 players unhappy. This is because they've all requested new contracts and instead of just giving in to them, I suggested they earn it through meeting a mutually agreed target.
It's understandable and believable that players would want rewarding for promotion but after one, two or maybe three players have come to me, got angry after I've refused and then shouted about how they'll be telling everyone they can find, surely other players in the squad would know it's futile to come and ask me? Especially as the players I've already refused will have gone away and told them about it.
I don't have a save date before the unhappiness but I'll upload my earliest one in case that's of any use.
It's really disappointing that 'improved player interactions' was one of the main features this year and, if anything, it's worse.
