  • Player Happy with training, treatment, club etc but abysmal morale

    Description of issue

    I am managing Newcastle and after an issue with a CB not being picked for the Champions League registration squad, a lot of the team 'supported' the player including Declan Rice. 

    I spoke to the squad and out of 26 players, 23 players dropped the issue, including Rice but even after this; his happiness for treatment, club, playing time etc are all satisfied and above, the dressing room morale is 'good' and managerial support 'very good' but still, Rice's morale is abysmal.
