Player unhappy with not playing agreed position

Yeah whenever I make position promises players get upset even if the mail said they're happy promises are kept. This is dumb.

I am also seeing this. I received 2 emails at the same time, one saying that my player was happy I kept my promise, another saying he is no longer concerned that I wasn't playing him in his preferred position (DLP at DM). However, I was playing him in this position and role, as you can see from his form.

Despite both these emails, the player is now unhappy in public.
