  • Player unhappy/confused with team speech

    Hello guys,

    its totally illogical how fast players are upset with your speeches.

    I lost 0:1 against Hertha BSC with a lot more XG.

    I told my team after the game without using a gesture: "We had to win this game because we were the better team and had a lot of chances!"

    My goalkeeper directly became unhappy with my speech and got approval of 3 teammates.

    My problems with this kind of situation:

    - its illogical that professional football players behave like that (you would tell them to grow up if they are upset like little children because of one speech they dont like)

    - they are upset way to long (approx. 6 months) and you cant do anything about it.

    Same issue here, comments made in a preseason friendly no less. Player's morale in tatters afterwards, even after scoring multiple hattricks and sitting at the top of the table.

    It's unrealistic and also limits gameplay since it encourages just going with the recommendations in every team talk for fear of a "confusing team talk". Please review.

    players in FM are like spoiled brats and always sad if you dont kiss their cheeks.. sadly. :(

    also that "overwhelmed by shouting" in match if you demand more..
