    Description of issue

    Youth player comes and complains that he is not playing. Fair enough, but that's what he is on the loan list for

    If you don't actively cancel the loan listing BEFORE the conversation, the game does not let you promise him to go out on loan.

    Not this time, but this was not the only time this happened, will do a snapshot next time.
