  • "Send on Coaching Course" not having any effect on player

    Description of issue

    One of my players was promised a coaching course at the start of the season. I've now clicked the "send on coaching course" button whenever available, but no response is returned from the board and the promise is still on orange after simming a few days forwards. Attached is a screenshot of the promise and the save file.

    The season has just finished, and I was expecting him to be annoyed at me; instead, his staff attributes have now shown up, with him having a National C license, and he's not angry.

    I am seeing this too. Repro steps: 

    1. Start save as Boston United in VNN in old-style game mode.
    2. Navigate to 35-year-old Michael Bostwick.
    3. Overview -> Send on Coaching Course.
    4. Pop-up says Board will get back to you.
    5. Board never responds :mad:
