Team B player unhappy impacting team A players

Didn't spoke with him, and now I have this.

Do you have a save file prior to 23/03/24? Would help us investigate why a B-Player would generate that unhappiness incorrectly.

That save should be early enough for us to look at, thanks. Did you make any promises to Charlie Webster? It seems he's waiting on a promise to do with playing time but I can't see where the promise generated

I don't think so, at least, I'm not seeing in any place.

And don't recall having any conversation with him since the hiring, as he was sent to the B team afterward.
