Unhappy player due to not keep promise - which was kept (see detials)

Not sure if this has anytging to do with the issue above, but it seems that there is no ESC left - but one is used by the player I try to offer a new contract....

Hi, and sorry for the late reply. Here is a recent save game. Same issue again. Will not accept new contract, but wants a new contract.... This time there is even a WP for almost a year.

Is the player in the save Warren Tchimbembe? 

If so we will need an earlier save file from before the work permit application was rejected.
