Description of issue
This issue started happening when I downloaded my FM24. Every time I try to launch the game on my computer I get an initial error message which reads:
Sorry, something went wrong. For solutions please visit:
https://support.codefusion.technology/fm23_9anim230r/7e=8850000661-english
Clicking that link brings me to another page which says:
You can no longer authenticate on new devices
Currently your game purchase cannot be re-validated successfully, please wait 24 hours and try again.
I’ve waited 24 hours more than once, and tried it again, and it keeps bringing the same error message.
What do I do?
