    I'm managing in the Vanarama National South. I have the Chief Scout responsible for assigning scouts and have selected only Vanarama N/S for the Scout Package. However, the Chief Scout keeps selecting England as a Recruitment Focus and we are haemorrhaging money.

    Hello, checking your save file you are losing money because on the shortlist screen, you're selecting the 'keep scout reports up to date' option for players that are on their shortlist. Untick that option and you should be fine.
