Just to add on, I've noticed that all the Singaporean based teams (all teams except DPMM and Albirex) also sack their managers after the SPL season ends. 

 

I have a save that is at 30 Sep 2023 right now, and a similar case with the loan/transfer listed players can be seen. It is however using a custom database, but I don't think it's affecting the issue

also just to add on more information to help you guys

i realised that after all the managers have been sacked, if your profile is already created, you are not able to apply for any of the jobs as well, you can only declare interest. the apply for job button is greyed out. Because of this, I suspect this is a "hidden advanced rule" issue with the default Singapore league, especially since using a custom database of Singapore fixes this issue
