Amateur teams sometimes horde a huge number of players. I remember saying a couple years ago that an amateur player should never retire if he is good enough, perhaps the response went too far the other way? I think Amateur teams should cull their worst players over the age of 20 once their teams reach 30 players, as it's pretty uncommon for amateur teams to have large numbers on the team. I've included their CA values to show the number of low single-digit players that should have been told to take up underwater basket knitting or something. This isn't the whole squad by the way - this is literally less than half. I've included the save so you can see the craziness.
