being suggested to recruit a guy with 14 judge ability 16 judge potential, to replace a guy with 16 in each
the meetings with backroom staff is often a tiresome affair, but sometimes i attend to see if they'll suggest some good staff or individual training programmes for players. rarely happens. i often get suggested to try training 'x' player in 'x' area, for example endurance; only to be told 4 days later that they're showing no signs of improvement.
these two particular mechanics--the issue of being suggested under-par candidates to replace current employees; and the suggestion of training areas for players, only to tell me less than a week later to give up all hope of them trying to improve--have been an issue for years and need addressing.
