Just seen this twice in the space of a few match days. Go Ahead Eagles and AA Gent both trying to loan players from my team (FC Kobenhaven) on low terms and they cannot meet the transfer fee of the loan.

Seems like something is off in the finances.

Hi, this is not a bug, sometimes teams will just not have the finances to complete the deal.
