Description of issue
Received multiple loan offers for a player on transfer deadline day.
'Accepted all' but didn't check if all had been accepted (just assumed).
The player confirmed loan deal and moved.
Couple days later the game said I had some offers to respond to, there were three offers still open for this player who had already moved.
I could accept or reject any of these three offers. When i did accept or reject the confirmation box came up. When I pressed OK the offer was still there waiting for accept or reject.
Could not move forward with the game, had to quit.
