Contracts for youth intake bugged?

I also have same issue, i have 56 million in my wage budget and i cant offer above 60k?

Same here. 278K p/w available, lots of current contracts ending in july, but I can't offer my prospects better offers than 1,2K p/w, and as I'm playing an Athletic Bilbao save I depend massively on them. And it doesn't happen only with my prospects, I can't even sign players from other teams despite having the budget.

Please fix it. Last year issues with wages and salary cap in LaLiga ruined the game for me.
