On my 2nd season and for the past 3 transfer windows, I've gone in to buy players a few days before deadline day or at the beginning of deadline day. Negotiated and agreed contracts but the player never ends up signing and transferring to my club.
6 Hours before transfer window closes I agreed a deal to sign Mikel Oyarzabal, agreed contracts ect but then nothing happens, no WP or anything and the transfer ends up cancelling, even though there was plenty of time left.
