    Hi, i'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I tried to sign three youngsters (they supposed to come in January) but the deals falls through due to the aforementioned rules. The weird thing is, in the first season United only signed Rasmus Hojlund that falls into that category. I signed Diomande who also U21 but the deals go through.

    To add to this, it seems that the U-21 quota is counted once when the transfer is confirmed, then counted again when the transfer goes through. Thus if the agreed transfer is a future transfer, it gets double counted.
