  • Director of Football accepted a $0 transfer bid with selling team wage contribution two days before the player's contract expires

    Description of issue

    I have a DoF with full responsibilities for accepting and finalizing transfer bids. I am at end of season - December 29, 2024.

    I have a player Takuma Goto. His contract expires December 31, 2024. Two days before his contract end, my DoF accepted a $0 bid for him, with a selling wage contribution of $250 p/m. Surely the DoF should just let the contract expire so I don't have this player on my wage bill?

    I  have uploaded two saves, one from before the transfer was offered "Sanuki goto transfer - pre-transfer bid - Copy.fm" and one from after it was accepted "Sanuki goto transfer - post-transfer accepted.fm"
