  • Director of Football offering more than cap given to him

    Description of issue

    Hi guys, I'm trying to have more realism in FM24 and using the DOF to submit transfer offers and negotiate contracts for new players, however when I set him a maximum amount to offer within the transfer target section, he still offers above that

     

    See two examples below - Rico Henry (not transfer listed) with a cap of £45m set by me but the DOF still offers £50m, and then Raphinha (is transfer listed) who has an asking price of £33m but the DOF offers £53m - note I didn't set an amount on him as I assumed he would offer the asking price.

    Just to add as well, it doesn't matter if the priority status us normal or urgent - I had sine had a similar thing with Alessandro Bastoni where you can see the max offer was £45m but the DOF offers £61m...

    Hi, sorry for the late reply. This is working as intended, the DoF will offer what they feel the player is worth unless the user sets a limit.
