    Description of issue

I am seeing that in many loans with mandatory purchase option or by objectives (games played, etc.), when the purchase is executed in june, and in the contract section, this amount is much higher than the agreed amount.

It is a problem because it destroys the economy of the clubs and causes inflated and unrealistic signings. It only happens with AI clubs, and not in all players, but in the majority of transfers.

I share an example with Leon Bailey at Real Sociedad, but also with Tsimikas and all his signings. Also his economy seen with the game editor before and after those signings, the club has been ruined.

    Other examples:

    All the Real Sociedad loans

ManCity: Reiss Nelson loan from Arsenal

Chelsea: Anthony Gordon loan from Newcastle

    Napoli: Raphinha loan from PSG

Benfica: Cameron Carter-Vickers loan from Arsenal

    Juventus: Joe Willcock from Newcastle

    Fulham: Harvey Barnes from Newcastle

    And many more

Is there any way to fix this bug?

Thank you very much in advance

Say you also, I have not edited any aspect of the game from the internal editor, beyond the potential quality of players that I consider will be better, such as Florian Wirtz or similar.

    Thanks

    Hello @Watkins_fmsite

When loading up your save file this did not occur for me.

Reiss Nelson, Anthony Gordon, Raphinha and Joe Willcock all went for the correct fees that was listed in their contracts.

Hi Zachary, thanks for the answer.

Please look at the boxes in the images that I attach as support.

What I mean is, it is the contract that is wrong. Anthony Gordon was signed with a mandatory fee of 27M€, not 52M€, which is what appears in the news and in the preview of the loan signing as attached in the photos of the transfer history section of the signing team.

Joe Willcock (and the others) has the same problem, the real signing is 21M€, but it is the contract that is wrong and reflects 40M€, as shown in the photos.

Could you check the transfer history section of the team and verify what I say, please? That's where you can see the mistake.

It seems to be the contracts that are wrong, because it does not make sense that Real Sociedad signs Bailey for 72M€ or Tsimikas for 69M€ when they have no money and they were non-starting players, it makes more sense that it is for 39M€ and 36,5M€ that appears in their transfer history.

Please, could you take a look at those points I indicate in the "Tottenham - Sin periodo de fichajes v5.fm (the last in july 2026)" file?

    Thanks in advanced

    Hi @Watkins_fmsite

I see what you mean now, this is actually a known issue with loan to buy options that come in instalments.

So in essence, the final fee being paid by the clubs is correct but there is discrepancy on certain screens.

With your Anthony Gordon example, the initial fee would be 27 Million with the remaining being paid in instalments to get to the 52 Million, hope this makes sense.

Hi Zachary, thanks for the support!!

I understand what you are saying and it might make sense, but in that case Real Sociedad (in my first post the comparative economy appears) should not have gone from 96M€ bank balance and 40M€ transfer budget to having 1.9M€ bank balance and 0M transfer budget, right?

Also, looking at the accounts of the selling teams, Aston Villa gets 72M€ on his transfer budget, not 39M€. With the assumption you make, Aston Villa would receive 39M€ and the remaining 33M€ would be based on targets, half yearly or yearly payments etc. But it doesn't happen like that.

What do you think on your side, could it be?

Personally I think it is a bug (which may have an easy solution), I don't know if it is only in my game, or in all of them in general (I haven't tried others and I haven't read this bug more than once in this forum).

The game in general is very good, I'm enjoying it a lot, and I have only detected this bug, I don't know if you could take it into account in the future in case it is a generalized bug, since I imagine that in this case it can not be solved.

    Thanks in advanced!
