    Unable to do anything and failing club objectives as I can't offer wages at all, I even got the club to a neutral bank balance, players promises fulfilled, we are  tiny bit in debt now but nothing obscene, it's game breaking, I can't offer contracts, sign players. getting hammered on the confidence screen too

     

    For reference in the Championship, with the 17th lowest budget and setting 2nd in the league
