    I'm currently playing in the Malaysia 2nd division with a custom team, but i noticed a strange thing where i can't offer part time contracts to players despite being a semi professional club. As a result, I keep having my best players leaving on a free due to only able to sign them a non contract type.

    Getting the same issue as nhozcrazy78 with Moyola - Northern Ireland 3rd level, can't offer any part-time contract to my players.

    So I'm loosing players for free every open transfer window.

    Some teams in the league can offer part time contract. Took one in charge to investigate and can't explain the difference : lot worst transfer or wage budgets, bad finances, same reputation, same semi-pro status, haven't been relegated, same staff... ??
