Description of issue
I currently have a player on loan, and am trying to sign them permanently.
When I speak to the player's agent, they say that the player wouldn't be interested in joining me because the club needs to 'improve their standing in the Premier League'.
I do find this a bit strange on the basis that:
- I won the league last year
- I am currently five points clear at the top of the league with a game in hand
In either case I can't see how I can improve my standing in the league (and so therefore this is an error?), or that he actually means the club just isn't reputable enough, in which case perhaps the wording could be a touch clearer?
