Japan - Majority of intermediary, agent and scout suggestions are foreigners, despite the 4 foreigner match squad limit

Hello, we don't believe this to be a bug.

Intermediaries are going to offer you players they need to offload, it's up to you whether you want to sign them or not.

Thanks, thought that might be the case due to Japan paying good wages and the quality of players on the market.

It is a bit disproportionate, since after you sign a couple of those foreigners on a normal contract, all suggestions become useless for the next 3 years. and you just have to ignore all the Brazilian, Spanish, etc. in your inbox. It's just a minor annoyance.
