This feels a little off to me presently.
Regardless of what you've agreed in terms of game time with the players club, the interactions with the loan players manager start too quickly.
You shouldn't be getting a message to say you've not played someone enough after 4 weeks. It can take longer than that to get them fit and settled into how you are playing. For the first month at least they should be satisfied with impact sub or squad player IMO.
