    Description of issue

    Hi.
    This is a problem that has been in for a few years, at least since FM16, since it was present there as well. 
    The Promotion Wage rise % you can negotiate for yourself in contract talks with your own club does not work, and have not been working for years.
    I've won back to back promotions from Swedish fourth tier to second tier without the promotion clause triggering once.
