    Description of issue

    There is a very bad bug in the engine, where Norwegian clubs buy foreign players even though there is a limit to 9 registered players trained outside of Norway. This impacts the gameplay and realism a lot, as they are forced to play reserve and u19 players because they don't have enough available players registered for the league matches.

    Steps to reproduce

    Play in Norwegian league. Almost all AI teams buys loads of foreign players that can't be registered.

    Thanks for flagging this to us, I don't believe I've seen anyone else raise this.

    I do see your save has a custom database, have you spotted this in any other save files?

    We can keep an eye out for this on FM25.
