Description of issue
Made an offer for a player following an intermediary made it known, which was accepted by the selling club. Then get a notification that my club has declined to make an offer, screenshot attached. I'm not able to make another offer, as each time i get that same message. I have plenty of funds in transfers budget and only I have responsibility for transfers.
