Managing Telstar in the Dutch second division. Players who want 4 to 5k a week are perfectly happy to accept amateur contracts providing their squad status is fringe player. Even worse, you can then toggle from amateur to pro and the same player who wants 5k a week is now fully satisfied on £85 a week.
The screenshot ive uploaded is of a player who would normally want £800 or so a week but this trick works for at least players wanting 7k
