Description of issue

I'm trying to get rid of of players who aren't good enough for the squad, in this case Omar Richards. I agreed a loan with financial package with a few teams only for the deals to not to exist a few days later. Then the same teams return with loan offers with no financial benefits that cannot be negotiated due to the intermediaries deals falling through. Yet they were accepted.
