Description of issue

This is the case of lorenzo Pellegrini, I sold him for 40M to Chelsea on the 12/6/2024, as you can see in the picture.

But today, 2/8/2024, i still have a bid from Al-ittihad for 45M that doesnt leave the tranfer center.

I received it after i already had accepted the Chelsea offer but he was waiting for a work permit.
