  • Player on expiring contract signed elsewhere, bugged and never left - now on Month to Month, cannot release!

    Description of issue

    Hello,

    I'm not sure if this is going to be helpful because I realized it a season after it happened.

    I am playing Sunderland and I had set Alex Pritchard as "Surprlus to requirements" and for sale, had moved him to U21 even. At some point he agreed on a contract with another team and the "Sell now" ( not 100% sure that's the wording on the button ) button appeared on that confirmation. Clicking it didn't produce a new inbox item like it does usually ( either because they'll opt out or because they'll offer money )

    I now realized he's on a month to month contract for the past whole season and I have tried "Set for Release" three times, whenever it appears, without anything happening.
