(Brighton playthrough) Once my players turn 25/26, every Saudi team comes for my them. Even though I'm playing in the Premier League (finished 2nd) and have Champions League football, my players (none of them old - 27 years old maximum) refuse to renegotiate their contracts, preferring a move to Saudi Arabia. When I checked their teams, there were full rosters filled 25-28 year-old players that would normally be playing somewhere in Europe, and are definitely good enough to be playing for teams in the Europa or Champions League. Plus, Saudi offers are $69M a year in wages - even my top prime players (26 years old, 27 years old and a 23 years old) want to leave instead of playing for me at in Prem and Champions.
