    Couldn't offer Iheanacho a pre contract inside last 6 months of his deal but other teams were able to do so ad I lost out on him

    Hi, this is because you are playing as Everton. 

    You won't be able to offer Iheanacho a pre contract as only foreign clubs are allowed to do that six months out from the expiration of a player who is based in England.
